Panel 1 kaede is looking up at Eva. Neko is on kaede’s shoulder. EVA Y’know something just kinda hit me. But uh, Veltar City doesn’t seem like a very normal city. KAEDE I guess you’re new to town. Huh, Miss Eva? Panel 2 Eva smiles nervously while rubbing the back of her head. Kaede is giving her a thumbs up. EVA Yeah, something like that… KAEDE That’s ok! I’ll give you the rundown of the place. Panel 3 Its a huge wide-shot of the city. Think like a 2.5d city view like from final fight, maybe? There’s a little floating Kaede head with neko chan on her head. KAEDE So, where to start… Veltar City is a very unique place. It’s probably the only city owned and maintained by a scientific R&D corp. As such, we have lots of high tech embedded in a very low to mid-class mindset. We have mechas to do cleaning and repairing, we have super space-age advanced technology for stuff like holograms, high-tech communication devices. Then you have synths like me. We synths even have our own neighborhood called Apex Heights, where most of us live. Even though some like the thrill of living with humans, so you’ll see them slumming it up with fleshbags… uh, I mean “normal people”. from time to time. Footnote: The city doesn't actually float. This is just for Demonstrative purposes. Panel 4 Eva holding her hand to her chin ina thinking expression. EVA This kinda sounds like the city is basically this corporation’s private living experiment. I bet a lot of crazy stuff happens around here. KAEDE And no one even bats an eye. Panel 5 Chiitsu yelling the girls look sad. CHIITSU That’s enough chit-chatting. If I’m going to have to pay you two, you need to go do some work. I dunno; go dust or organize something! THE GIRLS Okay… 🙁
